Mason and Demi

On Saturday 28th July I had the great pleasure of capturing Mason + Demi’s wedding! Most importantly, I’m so glad the weather stayed dry for you, especially as I thought I was driving through the apocalypse on my way to Sutton on Hull!!

First of all, we started the morning at St. James’ Church, Sutton on Hull, before finally moving to Cave Castle for the wedding breakfast.

After leaving St James’ Church we headed over to Cave Castle, a beautifully picturesque Manor in South Cave. Once here we set about using as much of the location as possible to give Demi and Mason the full experience of their chosen venue.  It was also quite windy during the day, so watch out for the guests wrestling with table umbrellas!

Demi’s veil was inspired by the Royal Wedding earlier in the year. Therefore, we simply had to make the most of it!! Even though the wind made it pretty hard to keep it in place!!

Next and we’re on to the speeches now, which were kept short but perfectly sweet! The best man was on particular form! Demi struggled to keep her eyes dry as her Dad chocked up during his own Father of the Bride’s speech.

After food it was time for a walk of the grounds and a few minutes for Demi and Mason to just be together as husband and wife (apart from the photographers following them, of course!).

The cutting of the cake was simple but beautiful, before leading straight into the first dance. It was clear something was preplanned as the Bridesmaids started forming around the couple with long tubes. And right on cue with the music confetti filled the air!

After which all that was left was for everyone to get on the dance floor and strut their stuff!! And I always enjoy being right in the middle of that when it happens!!

Thank you both once again for letting me share your special day! You both looked and were amazing! All the very best for the future and enjoy the Honeymoon!
